OUR GUARANTEE - RETURNS

We offer a NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE, in addition to your statutory rights as follows. "In the unlikely event that one of our products proves faulty we will replace it at no cost to you, or refund 100% of the price you paid us (within 30 days of purchase) No Quibble!"

This Guarantee is in Addition to and does NOT EFFECT your Statutory Rights. 

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason (or without giving a reason) you may do so at any time from the date of placing your order, until 7 days after receipt of your order (the 7 days starts the day after you receive the goods). 

Your money will be refunded in full, within 30 days of cancellation of order. All order cancellations must be notified to us by EMAIL or POST within 7 days of receiving the goods and the goods returned within 10 days of you notifying us of your intention to cancel your order.

Incorrectly Ordered Goods

Incorrectly ordered goods that are returned after the guarantee period as outlined above, will be subject to a 25% re-stocking / administration fee where applicable. 

Faulty Goods

We offer a No Quibble guarantee and wil replace any faulty item within 30 days of purchase.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We take your credit card security seriously, that is why we place your security in the hands of one of the worlds leading e-Commerce solution providers. 

All secure transactions are processed using industry standard SSL, Thawte and other unique encryption systems. When a shopper at our web site fills in the payment form and clicks the submit button, their details are not sent straight away. What actually happens is that a secure link is set up between the shopper's browser and an encryption code is requested and received, which then securely wraps the order and transaction details before leaving the shoppers premises. To further enhance your security we NEVER store customer credit card details on our own servers.

DISPATCH OF ORDERS

We aim to dispatch all priority orders received before 2pm UK time the same day. Our stock availability is 100% plus (Customers ordering any items not available for despatch for a prolonged period will be offered the option to cancel the order if they do not wish to wait). 

We reserve the right to supply an alternative product where stock availability warrants this action. Without exception you will receive a like for like product that will be as close in size, quality and performance to the item ordered.


SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Standard shipping and handling at a cost of is provided in the UK via the Royal Mail, please allow a minimum of 2/3 Days for delivery. Should you require your order in a hurry we offer a First Class. The Royal Mail aim to deliver over 92% of First Class Post the next Day (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

All non-EU delivery's or delivery by courier is available at an extra cost (please phone to confirm price). The delivery of bulk orders within the U.K is provided by courier at cost (bulk means orders too large or heavy for Royal Mail first class post), delivery times will be confirmed when the order is processed. 

COOKIES

This site needs to store cookies in your browser in order for the shopping Basket to process orders, but this is the only function of and our sole use of the cookies in the shopping cart process.
